Every facial is designed with different skin needs and goals in mind. If you’re unsure where to start, book our New to Facial Consultation + Treatment . Your aesthetician will evaluate your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, and recommend the facial best suited for you.

How often should I get a facial?

For ongoing skin health and maintenance, we typically recommend a facial every 4–6 weeks . Your aesthetician may recommend a different schedule based on your skin, goals and the treatments you receive.

Are facials good for acne-prone or congested skin?

Yes. A customized facial can help deeply cleanse the skin, address congestion and support a clearer, healthier-looking complexion. Your aesthetician will select products and techniques appropriate for your skin and current concerns.

Can I get a facial if I have sensitive or redness-prone skin?

Yes, in many cases. Your aesthetician will evaluate your skin and customize the products, exfoliation and techniques used based on your sensitivity and skin condition. Be sure to share any known sensitivities or skin conditions before your treatment.

Can I add enhancements to my facial?

Yes. Depending on the facial you select, enhancements such as dermaplaning, LED light therapy and specialty masques can be added to further customize your treatment. Enhancements can be selected when booking online, added by our Guest Concierge when scheduling by phone, or recommended by your aesthetician during your visit.

Is there downtime after a facial?

Most of our facials require little to no downtime , so you can typically return to your normal activities right away. Temporary redness can occur depending on your skin and the treatment or enhancements selected.
