Appointment availability is not guaranteed until your booking is successfully completed and confirmed.

Governing Law

Except for matters not legally subject to arbitration, unresolved disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association.
YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ARBITRATION GENERALLY MEANS THAT YOU AND GENTLE TOUCH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE THE DISPUTE DECIDED BY A JUDGE OR JURY IN COURT, EXCEPT WHERE SUCH A WAIVER IS NOT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or applicable arbitration rules, arbitration shall take place in Orange County, Florida, or remotely when permitted.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, disputes shall be resolved individually and not as a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action.
Any court proceeding permitted under these Terms shall be brought in a state or federal court having jurisdiction in Orange County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If a provision of this section is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the remaining provisions.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or agreements expressly incorporated by reference constitute the agreement between you and Gentle Touch concerning use of the Website.
