My appearance and texture of my face has improved so much since seeing Catalina for facials! All staff are warm and friendly. I love it that I am never upsold or pushed to buy anything. My questions will always be answered and recommendations made if I ask but never pushed. It’s a breath of fresh air as I feel like I can’t have a service these days without pressure to purchase additional items.
